Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be returned in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

8, Do you charge restocking fees?

No. Amy Personal Prints does not charge any restocking fees.

9, How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

10, Can I exchange an item?
